I have workarounded the bug by disabling multiarch support on sparc.
Given that starting with eglibc 2.13-1, libc6-sparcv9b has been removed
in favor of multiarch, it means there isn't any way to get an optimized
sparc libc anymore.

This is something that has to be fixed before releasing wheezy, that's 
why I am keeping this bug open, but with severity important for now.
