Ok, didn't expect a so old version. You should also upgrade to the
binutils from squeeze/sid.

Thank you, upgrade of binutils to "testing" solved the problem. 
Now:

$ LC_ALL=C  aptitude show binutils  |  grep '^Version:'
Version: 2.20.1-10

As I understand, there is actually some incompleteness in declared 

package dependencies for libc* package(s).
