Bug#580745: tzdata: suggestions for renaming of timezones/locations

I want to suggest renaming two timezones/locations:
rename "Noronha" to "Fernando de Noronha"
since that is the correct, complete name of the island.

rename "Ponape" to "Pohnpei"
Pohnpei (formerly known as Ponape) is one of the states of the
Federated States of Micronesia. Since 1984 it is called Pohnpei.
