In Kamchatka, Russia, goverment change timzeone settings - now we have UTC+12 / UTC+13 summer;
from 2010.03.28 we will have UTC+11 / UTC+12 summer.
changes from winter to summer time will be the same as it was.
i don't now; whom should i send this info to change tzdata, so send it to bugs of debian.
the zone file named europe should be changed like this:
