Hi, the patch bangladesh-openended.diff ist wrong. It shift the time difference between UTC and BDST from +0700 to +0500. But timeanddate.com[1] reports, the shift is now +7 hours and without DST +6 hours. Btw: The origin patch from Martin works fine. So I make a patch between your wrong and Martins working one.
