I'm trying to clean up old Emacs bugs in Debian.  This one seems to
belong elsewhere, see [1].

Since name resolving is not really Emacs' job, I'm reassigning this bug
to the libc6 package where it belongs.  It seems to me that the problem
is resolved ;-) already, see #272265[2], so the bug can probably be
closed.
