Okay, this is easy, actually. I'd say everything should be copied
from {de,fr,it}_CH, except for LC_MESSAGES, which can be copied from
en_GB. This would basically mean that only the language of messages
is changed, while all the other localisation aspects remain the
same.
Where {de,fr,it}_CH differ, I /suggest/ to use de_CH, by sheer order
of magnitude.
