tzdata-2009l is CORRECT for Cairo

Clint

I have manually compiled a Cairo file, and the zdump shows it is CORRECT.

Is there a script to compile and copy all the tzdata continent zone files at
once?

Thanks

Paul

Is this not the change included with tzdata 2009l-1?
