Bug#528657: locales: shs_CA locale causes segfault while running cal

Package: locales
Version: 2.9-12
Severity: normal

It seems there is a problem in shs_CA locale:

% LC_ALL=shs_CA.UTF-8 cal

zsh: segmentation fault LC_ALL=shs_CA.UTF-8 cal

(there are some characters displayed as replacement chars, sometimes there
are some other random characters there).

I cannot reproduce this bug with any other locale. This bug can be reproduced
with both locales-all and locales packages.
