Bug#526381: Still giving problems
OK, I will upgrade the system next time via apt (instead of synaptic) so I can copy and paste the output. But I may not have access to this computer for several days. Isn't there any other sid user than can reproduce the problem?
I was also setting an environmental variable in /etc/rc.local, /etc/environment and /etc/bash.bashrc . It should not influence, because I reverted the changes before having the problem, the only differences could be at maximim some extra blank lines in those files. But who knows...
The second package was texlive-lang-spanish, and I had nothing about locales in the output, just the cryptic message I mentioned before. It may even be two different bugs in glib, but it would be much coincidence...

Sorry, but they are clearly not enough details to understand the
problem. We really need the output messages of the installation.
Also the second time, which package was not correctly installed? Again
the locales one?
