First of all, this problem is not reproducible here. I would appreciate
to know if someone else is able to reproduce it.

Then did you upgrade only libc6, or did you upgrade some other packages
at the same time?

Finally, can you please downgrade libc6 to the previous version
(2.7-18), install libc6-dbg and libglib2.0-0-dbg, and try to get a
backtrace as Josselin described in the previous email.
