The file usr/share/zoneinfo/zone.tab refers to the Americas as
"America" 137 times.

Less importantly (since they do not display to the user), there are
three directories named "America" which concern the Americas:

./usr/share/zoneinfo/right/America
./usr/share/zoneinfo/posix/America
./usr/share/zoneinfo/America
