Bug#503182: libc6-dev: rpcgen -a generate truncated Makefile file name

  Hi,

  using rpcgen -a option to generate all files, the generated Makefile
  file name is truncated.
 
  $ rpcgen -a test.x
  $ ls Makefile.*
  $ Makefile.test\177
