Bug#501164: tzdata: Daylight saving start not implemented on my Lenny notebook

Package: tzdata
Version: 2008e-3
Severity: normal

Daylight saving (summer time) started today in my timezone
(Australia/Sydney) but my clock has not moved forward an hour.

I have not rebooted (surely not necessary?)
