It's already installed and doesn't change anything (except the backtrace for 
the glibc part). 

lordh@debian:~$ apt-cache policy libc6-dbg
libc6-dbg:
  Installé : 2.7-13
  Candidat : 2.7-13

I've installed the libc6 experimental package on my laptop without any 
changes.
