Hmmm, it can't even find the libc.so.6 symbols when I purge libc6-i686 and copy /usr/lib/debug/lib/libc-2.7.so to /usr/lib/debug/lib/libc.so.6. Same happens when I make a symlink to libc-2.7.so. Reinstalling libc6-i686 and libc6-dbg doesn't seem to help either. I guess I should reassign this to gdb? -- bye, pabs http://wiki.debian.org/PaulWise
