Unfortunately there is no useful info in this backtrace, because
debugging symbols are stripped from /sbin/ldconfig. Please try with
ldconfig from [1] (signed md5 available from [2]).

Also:

- Could you please send us the contents from /etc/ld.so.conf, and of the
files from /etc/ld.so.conf.d/ ?
- Does removing /etc/ld.so.cache helps?
