Bug#466519: svn client doesn't work: Could not get next bucket brigade + Invalid or incomplete multibyte or wid...: random no commit, no update

This really looks like a problem on the server side.

Have you tried to downgrade libc6 packages to the old version? I really
doubt this problem is due to the glibc upgrade.
