I'm trying to set the local time with tzselect, but it doesn't change
the time. I then tried the export TZ="Europe/Oslo" and that works when
I'm logged in, but it doesn't work for crontab. So alle crontabs gets
executed one hour later than they should.

tzselect does work, it just doesn't do what you want.

To change the timezone, just use 'dpkg-reconfigure tzdata'.
