I guess this bug should be closed then if this is on purpose.
I see that in the changelong now:
* Bump shlibdeps version to 2.6-1 due to sync_file_range, futimens,
utimensat, __sched_cpucount, sched_getcpu, strerror_l, and
epoll_pwait symbols.

This is intentional, to discourage people from building packages against
the glibc in experimental.
