Bug#427398: svn is broken after updating ro libc6 2.5-9

After updating to libc6 2.5-9 Friday evening, the svn package is
now broken:

If an update is incomplete, svn cleanup can't fix or remove lock
files.  So, a complete new checkout has to be done.
