Hi!

Please consider fixing this bug in the 2.3.6 tree. We got this problem
on our NFS-file server last Friday, It stopped accepting new
mounts. rpc.mountd was 100% running and had 29 open TCP connections. A
manual restart of rpc.mountd fixed the problem.
