Bug#399035: LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/usr/lib/debug causes switch to ancient libpthread

Well Etch is frozen, and we can't make such invasive changes now.
Moreover the problem is solved with the version in experimental, as the
linuxthreads version is not built anymore.
