Bug#457938: tzdata: Argetina adds DST from 30 dec till 16 mar

período estival, la del Huso Horario Dos Horas al Oeste del meridiano
de Greenwich, en todo el territorio nacional.Fíjase el período estival
correspondiente al año 2007/2008. Sancionada: Diciembre 26 de 2007
Promulgada: Diciembre 27 de 2007

iniciará a la CERO (0) HORA del día domingo 30 de diciembre de 2007 y
se extenderá hasta la CERO (0) HORA del día domingo 16 de marzo de

It says that the official hour will be GMT-3 during Winter, and GMT-2
during Summer. And then, that the Summer period for 2007/2008 is from
0 hour on 30th December till 0 hour on March 16th.
Which corresponds with the patch.
I have a copy of the pdf, that includes the text of the law. I'm not
