Bug#454639: missing locale de_DE.UTF-8@euro
Package: locales
Version: 2.7-3
Severity: important
Tags: l10n
Hi,
my system worked with the locale de_DE.UTF-8@euro. Since the last
update this locale is missing and my postgres server will not
start anymore without having this locale:
Starting PostgreSQL 8.1 database server: main* Error: The server
must be started under the locale de_DE.UTF-8@euro which does not
exist any more.
failed!
Some other perl applications also report the following error:
perl: warning: Setting locale failed.
perl: warning: Please check that your locale settings:
LANGUAGE = "de_DE:de:en_GB:en",
LC_ALL = (unset),
LANG = "de_DE.UTF-8@euro"
are supported and installed on your system.
perl: warning: Falling back to the standard locale ("C").
Please add this locale again to the package.
Thanks
Sebastian
