In case madduck is too busy elsewhere, I can quite probably hack down a quick locale for de_LI. After all, this is only a matter of getting information about the country which may be easily found here and there. The language part is of course assumed to be well covered by picking another german-based locale (either de_CH or de_DE...they're probably similar when it comes at language even if some would say that German in Switzerland is different from German in Germany...at least for written language, I guess both are identical).
