Bug#442104: locales: [manual] locale-gen: SEE ALSO correct "cmd (n)" into "cmd(n)"

While I agree to remove the space between the name and the bracket, I
can't agree about removing the commas and the period. Could you please
give  more details about this "de facto format"? I have difficulties to
found man pages in this format in Debian.
