For an unknown reason a few versions of libc6 pre-etch on amd64 provided
/sys, and it is not the case anymore since etch.

This warning should be considered as harmless, as
1) the directory is not removed
2) initscripts provide /sys

I am closing it as we don't support upgrade from releases older than
etch (which anyway don't exist on amd64) to lenny.
