The package libc-bin cannot be installed on sh3 because the install scripts 
try to execute /etc/init.d/glibc.sh, which is missing.
Version is 2.3.999.1

libc-bin has been removed sometimes ago, so this bug has been fixed at
the same time. Closing the bug
