The /lib64 -> lib symlink on d-i is created by the rootskel.udeb.
Please atleast keep things in the same package. I wouldn't have
a problem with moving this to the glibc package, and I think we
should do that. But we should probably coordinate this with the
d-i people.
Anyway, I think we shouldn't need a /usr/lib64. The only reason
we need a /lib64 is because that is where the dynamic linker is.
