I am not at home and cannot check, but r1161 looks wrong, it
removed several files, including glibc235-hppa-fpu.diff (which
had been introduced in -12.1) and glibc235-leapsecond.diff, the
latter should have been merged with cvs-tzdata.diff.

Also could we please wait few days more until -13 enter testing?
