Justification: renders package unusable

nscd won't start on hppa, throwing the following error:
[root@Esperanza ~]# nscd -d
nscd: error while loading shared libraries: unexpected reloc type 0x42

I can't tell yet whether this is 64bit-related (i'll test it on 32bit
later).
