 t_fmt_ampm
     Define the appropriate time representation in the 12-hour
     clock format with am_pm, corresponding to the %r field
     descriptor. The operand consists of a string and can
     contain any combination of characters and field
     descriptors. If the string is empty, the 12-hour format
     is not supported in the locale.

Applications should check with nl_langinfo(T_FMT_AMPM) that
this variable is set to a non-empty value and not assume that
the 12-hour notation is always supported.
