Attached are proposed locales for "Serbian in Serbia and Montenegro", both
latin and cyrillic variants.

These were built from the existing sr_YU locales, by changing things related
to the country and currency as Yugoslavia (codename YU) no longer exists and
the country named "Serbia and Montenegro" (alpha-2 codename CS, alpha-3
codename SCG) being now registered in ISO-3166.

An effort for translating Debian Installer is on its way and having a valid
locale for sr_CS is needed as users cannot choose "YU" anymore as country
because it has disappeared from iso-3166.

For information related to specific stuff in Serbia and Montenegro, the help
of Alex Malinovich, the prospective serbian translator has been used.
(Alex CC'ed to this bug report).
