Bug#373781: resolver fails if CNAME points to A record in non-authoritative domain

For the record, I am upstream for MaraDNS.

I've just re-added the FAQ entry about this issue:

	http://www.maradns.org/faq.html#cname

This issue can be easily enough worked around.

To the powers that be: This can be closed as WONTFIX if desired; it's a 
known MaraDNS issue.
