Bug#372770: linux-kernel-headers: kernel_ulong_t not defined

While attempting to rebuild vdr-plugin-remote for unstable, I see several
errors, all in the same file and all with the same message. (Building works
fine on testing.) The first error is:
/usr/include/linux/input.h:801: error: 'kernel_ulong_t' does not name a type
kernel_ulong_t is defined as unsigned long in <linux/mod_devicetable.h> only
if __KERNEL__ is defined, and does not appear to be defined anywhere else.
