Bug#362751: Somehow, my default locale got set to 'None' or 'POSIX'

I'm not sure what happened, but I noticed that $LC_* were set to
POSIX. Upon executing 'dpkg-reconfigure locales', I found that the
default locale was set to 'None', instead of the 'en_US.UTF-8' that I
had set it to.
