Glibc reference manual moved from glibc-doc to glibc-doc-reference

I just uploaded glibc-doc-reference 2.3.999 into experimental; binary and
source packages are available at
http://people.debian.org/~barbier/glibc-doc-reference/
until it exits from the NEW queue.
Please let me know if you have comments. I will commit it into
/svn/pkg-glibc/glibc-doc-reference/ if there is no objection.
