Bug#314892: nscd package missing /var/run/nscd directory

Now the package create the /var/run/nscd directory during install, but
this solutions doesn't work on my computer since I mount /var/run on
tmpfs hence this directory is recreated empty at each boot.

I don't know if directory under /var/run should be kept or not throught
reboot.

According to FHS:
"Files under this directory should be cleared (removed or truncated as
appropriate) at the beginning of the boot process. Programs may have a
subdirectory of /var/run; this is encouraged for programs that use more
than one run-time file."

I had the same problem with davfs2
