The current locale defintion for Welsh (cy_GB) has "Dydd %A %d a viz %B %Y %T
%Z" as the date format. This is wrong. (Welsh doesn't even have the letters
'v' or 'z'.) A better format would have s/a viz/o fis/.
Here's a patch that makes that change:
