Questions & Answers

Q: I am trying to download your product(s), why won't it
download?

A: You might be having trouble because of Internet
congestion. Try downloading at a later time.

Q: I got this message: "This program has performed an
illegal operation and must be shut down." What should I
do?

A: Copy the text in the box below the message to the
clipboard, by clicking the mouse in the box and pressing
Ctrl+A and then Ctrl+C. Now paste this into an email
message (with Ctrl+V), describing what you where doing with
the program when the problem occurred, and what operating system
you are running. Now send it to bugreport@partridgesoft.com.
That information will help us in solving your problem.

Q: How do I uninstall a product?

A: All Partridge Software products use the standard Windows
method of uninstalling unless otherwise noted.

In 95,98,ME, and NT 4.0, open the Control Panel and 
double-click on Add/Remove Programs, select the product in 
the list and click Add/Remove.

In XP and 2000, open the Control Panel and double-click 
Add or Remove Programs, select the product in the list and
click Change/Remove.
