Hi Yann,

there is no bug here, except that your /etc/locale.gen has a spurious
line containing
  C
Remove this line and this error message will disappear.  It is very
unlikely that this line was added by the locales package; it may
have been added by another maintainer script, but then you should
grep your /var/lib/dpkg/info/ directory to find which script modifies
/etc/locale.gen.
