Bug#342375: marked as done (warnings while "locale-gen" is processing "i18n" locale)

1) "i18n" does not show as a locale in dpkg-reconfigure locale
2) if you add "i18n" to locale.gen and run locale-gen you get
these warnings:

There is no bug, i18n is not supposed to be a locale, it only
provides default values to other locales.
