Bug#324165: glibc: FTBFS on hurd-i386: sysdeps/gnu.mk no longer included

Hi,

due to the dpkg-architecture changes, $DEB_BUILD_ARCH_OS is no longer
"gnu" on hurd-i386, thus sysdeps/gnu.mk is no longer getting included
and should be renamed to sysdeps/hurd.mk I guess.

This is the dpkg-architecture output from dpkg-dev 1.13.10:
