The following locales failed to be generated by localegen:

mn_MN UTF-8
sid_ET UTF-8

sr_YU.UTF-8 UTF-8
sr_YU.UTF-8@cyrillic UTF-8

sr_YU.UTF-8@cyrillic...cannot open locale definition file `sr_YU@cyrillic': No such file or directory

vi_VN UTF-8:
vi_VN.UTF-8...No definition for LC_NAME category found
