Hi.
With the official release of the 2.3.5 glibc package happening a couple
of days ago, has there been any discussion as to building this release
and putting it into experimental? Things have been working fine for me
with the 2.3.4 releases - 2.3.4-2 on my i586-pc-linux-gnu box and 2.3.4-3
on my SparcStation20 machine - so such an upgrade would hopefully go
smoothly, especially as some of the early difficulties people had
upgrading to 2.3.4 have seemingly been resolved. Getting the various
fixes included in the 2.3.5 release would be a nice bonus in addition
to running the latest release.
My thanks to everyone working on the libc6 package and Debian.
