Could you track this installation process in detail and clear which
binary did this error cause?
It seems locales setup was done sanely, however other binary might be
crashed by double free or something. It might be the bug of non glibc
binaries. Please recheck with your environment.
strace, or process accounting could be useful for tracking executed
binaries.
