"Some commercial programs may not work" is totally meaningless. Isn't
it obvious? Any software in Debian IS commercial software, so why the
hell it is mentioned _commercial_ software?

Commercial, but free, software is a description that applies to any
software DFSG compliant. Re-read my previous mail if you don't get
that. So you description is meaningless.
After that, you mention IBM's JDK, like if "commercial program" was a
valid description of it, while the only valid description is
proprietary/non-free software.
