Bug#235876: glibc: patch for backtrace support on ia64 and x86-64

This patch depends on the patch referenced in #235870 being applied to
gcc-3.3 to provide the desired functionality[1], but doesn't break
compilation or anything if that is not done.
Please apply the following patches to glibc to enable backtrace support
on ia64 and x86-64.
