Oh, what the heck, let's do one better. Since it has been pointed out to me on IRC that this test case does not properly throw an error to the user on failure, I've supplemented it with http://people.debian.org/~vorlon/233301-error-out.tar.gz, which should save the trouble of looking at strace in order to verify the presence of the bug.
